Anyone who knows me well will know that I live in loungewear when I’m at home, and I love nothing more than spending a day in my pyjamas drinking tea, reading through magazines, and blogging. The lovely people at Eight Hour Studio sent me these beautiful pyjamas recently, and I’ve been living in them ever since. The quality is beyond compare, made from super soft, satin finish organic cotton; the designs are practical but maintain a luxurious feel. The beautiful collection of sleepwear is made up of transitional pieces that can be worn as beachwear or even day wear, (I’ve been eyeing up the nightshirt to wear over bikini’s during the summer).
I had the pleasure of meeting 8HS Founder Sonia at an event a few weeks ago, and was delighted to hear first hand the passion and inspiration behind the brand. Sonia explained that the original concept for the brand was born out of a love for traditional Indian woodblock printing, a technique that involves hand pressing the pattern in repeats. The lengths are then cut, sewn and finished to the highest quality in a fair trade workshop in India. The brand is passionate and committed to using natural fibres and ensure that all of their production complies with fair trade labour practices. Their ethical manufacturing process makes me love the brand even more.
I’ve partnered with 8HS to offer you a 10% discount on any orders with free delivery up until the end of February. Simply enter the code ‘inbedwithcarlie’ at the checkout.
